Emily graduated from UCD with a degree in Agricultural Science in 2021 and specialised in Animal Science. She initially worked with a nutrition and forage company based in Tipperary. Emily has a special interest in large animals, particularly animal health and nutrition. She grew up on a suckler farm and enjoys farming at home and showing horses/cattle.
