Denise Philpott is an advanced practitioner in cardiorespiratory medicine and enjoys echocardiography most.
If there is a suspicion that your pet has a heart condition, she will provide a consultation and based on the clinical examination, she will recommend radiography, echocardiography (ultrasound of the heart), bloods, an ECG and/ or blood pressure monitoring. These will guide her to come up with a treatment plan. She is based in Bandon, Co. Cork.
Denise joined Glasslyn in 2020. She graduated from the Free University Berlin in 2006 and worked in the UK for 4 years. She has a special interest in cardiology and has obtained a certificate in advanced cardiorespiratory veterinary medicine in 2014. Apart from cardiology, she has an interest in internal medicine, psittacine medicine and dentistry. In her free time she likes to run.
